Project description
During the autumn of 2025, I took part in an internship at the Thaila Theater in Budapest. During this internship, I attended the rehearsals during the six week production period. My main goal during this internship was to observe the processes that go into making a play on a grand scale like this. My main focus was on the director’s work, and I tried to learn as much about directing tecniques as possible. In addition I studied the differences in workflow compared to my previous experiences. I also learned about the day to day operational work that goes on in a theater. I took part in weekly meetings and worked on understanding the tasks that are necessary for the runing of an institution like this.
