Project description
This is a completely independent, personal project, not in relation to any course or class. Also it is a hundred precent documentarist work.
During the project I try to get a view into the professional like of a young Master's student of micro-biology. In this series I am looking for the contrast between the serious and intellectual attituded needed for this scientific field, and the otherwise lighthearted and joyful personality of my subject. Through the pictures I what to show not just this occupation, but more importantly the person behind it.
The series I expected to contain about forty pictures taken during several visits to the university, in the span of a few months. An interview will also be conducted to better explore the subjects. As a conclusion of this work, I will be making a photo-book, that contains the photographs, quotes form the interview, and additional graphical elements that are in close connection with the subject.
